Terms of Service

Welcome to Sanjeevi Technology Solutions. By accessing our website, engaging our AI development services, or using our proprietary platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. AI Services and Data Usage

Sanjeevi Technology Solutions provides artificial intelligence consulting, custom LLM fine-tuning, and RAG system development. We explicitly agree that any proprietary data, documents, or IP provided by the Client for the purpose of fine-tuning or vector database ingestion remains the sole property of the Client. Sanjeevi Technology Solutions will not use Client data to train models for any other third party.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, agents, algorithms, and cognitive architectures developed specifically for the Client under a custom development contract will become the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate SaaS or Licensing agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability regarding Generative AI

Due to the probabilistic nature of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, Sanjeevi Technology Solutions cannot guarantee that AI outputs will be 100% factual or error-free at all times (commonly known as "hallucinations"). While we implement strict RAG constraints and guardrails, the Client assumes responsibility for the final verification of AI-generated content before using it in production or customer-facing scenarios.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
