- Improve workflow consistency
- Organize unstructured information
- Accelerate document review
- Improve operational visibility
- Connect disconnected systems
- Reduce handoff friction
- Support auditability
- Scale processing capacity

- Extend internal engineering teams
- Maintain production systems long term
Case Studies
Anonymized Work, Real Capability
Many of our engagements are delivered under confidentiality agreements. Case studies are anonymized to protect client intellectual property, business processes, data, and product strategy.
U.S. Healthcare Operations
AI-Assisted Medical Record Intelligence Platform
Teams received large, mixed bundles of medical records that had to be split, identified, ordered, and summarized before any downstream work could begin. The manual process was slow, inconsistent between reviewers, and difficult to audit.

Medical Billing & Coding
Medical Billing and Coding Workflow Platform
Billing and coding work moved through spreadsheets, shared folders, and email. Assignment was manual, status was invisible to managers, and audit questions required reconstructing history from multiple sources.

Enterprise Document Processing
Enterprise Intelligent Document Automation
High volumes of documents arrived through multiple channels and were processed manually, creating backlogs, inconsistent data quality, and limited visibility into exceptions.

Engagement Models
Work With Us the Way Your Situation Requires
AI discovery and proof of value
A short, structured engagement that tests an AI or automation concept against your real documents and workflows, with measured results and a production plan.
Best for: Teams that need evidence before committing to a full build.
Fixed-scope product development
A defined product or feature set delivered against an agreed specification, timeline, and budget.
Best for: Well-understood projects with clear requirements.
Dedicated extended engineering team
Sanjeevi engineers working as a stable extension of your product or engineering team — your process, your repositories, your roadmap.
Best for: Product companies that need sustained senior capacity.
Confidential white-label delivery
Engineering delivered under your brand and processes, protected by NDA, with no public attribution.
Best for: U.S. agencies and consultancies that need a silent delivery partner.
Existing product takeover
Structured assumption of responsibility for an application built by others: assessment, stabilization, documentation, then improvement.
Best for: Companies whose original developers are unavailable.
Application modernization
Incremental modernization of legacy applications — frameworks, interfaces, performance, and security — without halting the business.
Best for: Products that work today but resist change.
Ongoing development and maintenance
A continuous cadence of feature development, updates, and improvements on an established product.
Best for: Launched products with an active roadmap.
Production support
Monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, and incident response for systems in production.
Best for: Teams that need dependable operational coverage.
Delivery Process
Seven Stages, Visible Outputs at Every One
Stage 1
Discovery
We learn your business context, users, constraints, and goals — under NDA where preferred.
Outputs
Engagement brief, initial risk and opportunity notes
Stage 2
Workflow and requirement analysis
We map the real workflow — including exceptions — and define what the software must do.
Outputs
Workflow maps, requirements document, success criteria
Stage 3
Architecture and security planning
We design the system: data model, integrations, access control, and security posture.
Outputs
Architecture document, security plan, delivery plan
Stage 4
UX and product design
We design accessible interfaces around the people who will use them daily.
Outputs
Wireframes, design system, interactive prototypes
Stage 5
Iterative development
We build in reviewed increments with working software you can see at every step.
Outputs
Working releases, demo cadence, progress reporting
Stage 6
QA, security review, and deployment
Testing, accessibility and security review, and controlled production deployment.
Outputs

FAQ
Common Questions From U.S. Buyers
What does Sanjeevi Technology Solutions do?
Sanjeevi is a confidential AI and healthcare product engineering partner for U.S. businesses. We design, build, modernize, and support AI platforms, healthcare software, document-processing automation, web applications, and mobile products — from first architecture through long-term production support.
Who owns the intellectual property you build?
You do. Clients retain full ownership of source code, designs, documentation, and all intellectual property created during an engagement.
Can you support HIPAA-related requirements?
Yes. We follow HIPAA-aligned engineering practices — role-based access, audit logging, encryption, data minimization, and secure development lifecycle controls — and have supported clients’ HIPAA-sensitive development requirements and SOC 2 readiness initiatives. We do not claim certifications; compliance obligations rest with each organization, and we build the technical controls that support them.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Many of our engagements are delivered under confidentiality agreements, including white-label work for U.S. agencies. We are comfortable signing an NDA before technical discovery, and our case studies are anonymized to protect client intellectual property.
Can you take over an application another team built?
Yes. Existing-product takeover is a standard engagement model: we assess the codebase, secure access and secrets, stabilize the riskiest areas, document what exists, and then plan modernization and new features.
How do we start a project with you?
Book a confidential consultation or tell us about your project through the contact form. We typically respond with a short set of clarifying questions, then propose the most practical next step — often a focused discovery or proof-of-value engagement.
Do you work with teams outside healthcare?
Yes. Healthcare is our deepest domain, and we also serve insurance, fintech, SaaS, nonprofit, and enterprise organizations — especially where workflows are document-intensive or compliance-sensitive.
Have an AI, Healthcare, or Product Engineering Challenge?
Tell us what you need to build, modernize, automate, or support. We will help you identify the most practical technical next step.
